How we work

Our company works with many of Nice's best property agents and employs two independent property finders. We can thus source an unlimited number of apartments and villas for sale all over the city. As we split the estate agent's commission on each sale we make, we don't charge our clients for our service. The price in the estate agent's window is the price that our buyers pay.

We work for you

Our job is represent the buyer in a market that is saturated with French Agents all representing the seller.

We are NOT French Agents, our sole purpose is to introduce clients to properties through our large network of trusted agencies on the Riviera and then manage the buying process to the advantage of our clients. We have the contacts to administer the smallest detail for you during and after the buying process.

Many people looking for Nice property deal with an anonymous website that has a limited amount of properties on show, many of them are still on the site months after they have been sold. More exhaustingly, potential buyers come to the region and trudge from one agent to the next in the hope that the right property will materialise. Totally Riviera does all the hard work for you, so you only deal with one company, quickly and efficiently.

Our independence

The majority of agents in the South of France use one of two real estate databases, ORPI and Open Media, that are accessed by thousands of property agencies. It means that many of them have the same properties on their books and have seen very few, if any, of the properties they advertise. At totallyRiviera we have our own stand-alone Internet site and view in detail every single property before it goes on our books. We know every aspect of the properties we list and can answer any of your questions in detail. As our testimonials page shows, our after sales service is second-to-none.

Riviera - European property hotspot

The Telegraph newspaper in London, says that the Riviera is the perfect investment after a recession saying "that buyers want the certainty of a resale market, (which is) a given on the Cote d'Azur." More information click here.
