14 Boulevard Victor Hugo Located 60 seconds from the Avenue Jean Medecin, the major shopping area in Nice and home of Nice's new tramway, "14 Victor Hugo" blends the practical side of life in a town centre perfectly with the indisputable charm of a resolutely modern secure residence.
