Point Croisette

Surrounded on three sides by the Mediterranean this part of Cannes is a holiday-goers dream, and therefore a great place to invest in property. Slightly separated from the hustle and bustle of La Croisette but still within an easy (and very pleasant) walk to the centre of town Le Point Croisette is calm and peaceful and perfect for beach lovers and yacht aficionados alike. 

The position of the area is also very fortunate as in the height of the summer a cooling sea breeze often whispers down the streets crisscrossing the cap. The ports of Canto and Mourre Rouge are lively and interesting, especially when the 'big guns' are in town.

As with the area surrounding La Croisette the properties here range from modern apartments to super villas and the rental opportunities that Cannes is famous for are no different here. This is a reason to buy in itself. The main road N98 is a great link to the East towards Antibes and Juan les Pins and saves the drive through the centre of Cannes to get to the A8 motorway.
