The villa is approximately an hour from St. Tropez, Monaco and the Italian border and just 10 minutes by car to the popular tourist village of Valbonne and 15 minutes to the famous village of Mougins. The mountain walks around Gourdon are 10 minutes away - thus making this an ideal coast and country location. The road access is excellent, and there is also a nearby regular bus service between Nice airport and Grasse.  For winter sport lovers, the villa is a mere 45 minutes away from the nearest ski resort, Gréolières and there are 3 more excellent ski-resorts, Val d'Allos, Isola 2000 and Auron just an hour and a half away.
