Property finding on the Riviera the trusted and easy way.

Totally Riviera was the first Nice based free property finding service to open for foreign investors in this vibrant city nearly ten years ago.†

Over that time we have built a formidable reputation for client care, attention to detail and after sales service. This is not just our opinion - 100ís of past clients (read their reviews here) attest to our service and in fact many of them have become our best sales team, by spreading the word about the Totally Riviera way of doing business.

The British and US press have written extensively about our expert service, and using Totally Riviera means you won't be passed from one French agent to another. We will organise your viewing itinerary, advise on places to stay, travel with you while you are viewing and take the hassle out of what can be an exciting but tiring process.

Over the years we have built strong alliances with a large selection of French partner-agencies and contactís which means we can search the region from top to bottom to pick out the best on the market for you.

Totally Riviera will be your single point of contact throughout your property search Ė and after you have found your dream home, we can organise mortgages, open bank accounts, provide top notch legal representation, help with household removals from anywhere in Europe, organise competitive currency exchange, advise on builders, decorator and much more.

Also many of our clients donít quite know where they wish to be until they spend time in the region Ė we have full-time representatives in Cannes and Villefranche, as well as Nice, so your search for the perfect villa or apartment can stretch from Monaco to Cannes. The outlook for 2013 - Good for Nice - with a new Green heart to the city.

The Nice city council decided a few years ago (in conjunction with the tram line planning) that they would create what they are now calling a "Green Corridor" though the heart of Nice.

Construction is well underway and should be finished by August/ September this year. They have already demolished some ugly 1970's car parks and bus stations - and when it's finished there will a continuous park with fountains, seating areas, public sculpture and contemplative sensory gardens stretching from the beach all the way up to the modern art museum.

The improvements by the council over the last ten years have turned Nice from a forgotten city on the Riviera to a gracious and very beautiful city, with well thought out and sometimes spectacular public spaces and pedestrian areas. Look at the new Place Messena for example - all ready much loved buy the citizens of Nice and a text book example of building good public spaces and they will be used.

The large planing philosophy is to open the city up to the pedestrian again - making the car a secondary planning consideration.

All of this means that while many cities in Europe have a languishing property market, Nice is still vibrant and exciting, both in the property market and lifestyle it offers - and it's getting better everyday.
