- The FT says Nice is an investor hotspot
The Financial Times says that Nice has become one of the hottest spots to invest in on the Mediterranean, after a four year beautification programme that has transformed this vibrant, exciting city.
This is an elegant and light filled apartment on the hills behind the Old Town in a very chic neighbourhood called Bas Cimiez. The apartment has been very tastefully and carefully renovated to protect many of the original features. There are two bedrooms, both have their own balconies, one has an en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom is right next door to the larger family bathroom. The living room is large and relaxed, with very high ceilings, windows and doors which helps make this a very soothing place to be, especially when all the windows and doors are flung open in the summer. The apartment also has a fully fitted separate kitchen. The apartment comes with a lock up garage and a large cave in the basement. The building is a triumph of bourgeois exuberance and has to be one of the nicest residential buildings in Nice. This apartment is a must see.
This is a non-contractual document.
