- The FT says Nice is an investor hotspot
The Financial Times says that Nice has become one of the hottest spots to invest in on the Mediterranean, after a four year beautification programme that has transformed this vibrant, exciting city.
The property is situated just off the bottom end of the well-healed Blvd Cimiez, roughly a seven minute walk from the hustle of the city centre. In the 19th century building, the apartment is up on the second and last floor. If you don't fancy sprinting up the grand stair case then you always have the luxury of a lift.
Inside, the layout has been completely redesigned with a large living room, dining room and a seperate properly equipped kitchen. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom just the next door down. For practicality there is another shower room also on the same level. Up one short flight of stairs leads you directly into the master bedroom with it's skylight and wall of glass overlooking back down onto the living-room with it's expensive teak parquet.
Overall, this is lovely pad to own here in Nice. With it's south facing balcony plus other extras including the large garage space and cellar, this is a great starting point well worth viewing.
