- The FT says Nice is an investor hotspot
The Financial Times says that Nice has become one of the hottest spots to invest in on the Mediterranean, after a four year beautification programme that has transformed this vibrant, exciting city.
This three bedroom, two shower room pad is in an Art Deco era building built around the early 1930s. The property has kept many of it's original features such as the herring-bone parquet flooring.
The location is at the very start of the Cimiez district, two minutes up hill from the centre of Nice. We have often sold in this area mainly as it appeals to clients who wish to be central yet peaceful. It is for sure a well-healed part of town.
Inside the apartment there is an open-plan kitchen which is all new and under guarantee. Everything has been renovated meaning new plumbing, and electrics. This really is like buying a new build put simply in a building with character.
