- The FT says Nice is an investor hotspot
The Financial Times says that Nice has become one of the hottest spots to invest in on the Mediterranean, after a four year beautification programme that has transformed this vibrant, exciting city.
Wow - what a stylish building (just repainted two years ago) near Bas Cimiez close to the Place Garibaldi. This is the sort of architecture that Nice is renowned for, the great flamboyant building period from the 1870's to the 1920's.
The apartment is on the third floor and has been fully refurbished with reconditioned original parquet floors, a fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, 1 bathroom and three bedrooms. The third bedroom is quiet small and would probably make a good office or dressing room. The two main bedroom are a good comfortable size. There is a cellar in teh basement for storage, double glazing throughout, a separate WC and pleasant open views.
But it gets better, the apartment is just a five minute walk from the Old Town and the monthly building charges are a very low 40 euros. A great bargain close to all facilities
