- The FT says Nice is an investor hotspot
The Financial Times says that Nice has become one of the hottest spots to invest in on the Mediterranean, after a four year beautification programme that has transformed this vibrant, exciting city.
A great price for this studio because it includes some outside space which is rare in a property of this size. It's not big but then neither is the price. The apartment is on the second floor of an historic building in good condition (with a lift) and is south facing for lots of light and sun. The property was fully renovated last year and comes in very good order, with an open plan fully fitted kitchen. The apartment is in the prestigious Musiciens district and because of its size it comes with very low tax's (tax fonciere - council tax of 350 euros a year) and building charges of between 20 and 30 euros a month A well positioned bolt hole for sun-lovers
