A beautiful, spacious and highly specced apartment that was completely renovated by it's owner about three years ago. And she really did a great job. The apartment is in the highly regarded Fleurs (flowers) area of downtown Nice. This area is centered on the Avenue de Fleurs, which is the extension of the Blvd Victor Hugo. The Building is modern and was built as a high-status residence for wealthy French people about 40 years ago which is why they still have the red carpet out at the entrance of this immaculate building. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has corner aspect, with a deco style of round windows on the corner. The bedrooms are both big, the kitchen is separate, with lots of storage and there is a small terrace of the kitchen and a long balcony that runs from the living room down the south side of the building to the 1st bedroom. But it's the size of the sitting room with it's corner windows and French doors that make this apartment special. There is lots of light and space; and a great feeling of relaxed comfort. This is great value for a beautifully renovated apartment in a quite and up-market area, but still only a ten minute stroll to the beach.
