IF you like the idea of entertaining or just relaxing on your own large terrace in the clouds then this is certainly worth a look. Being on the 7th floor of a relatively modern block close to Nice Port, there are very good views over the city of Nice. The apartment faces east and west - The present owners have created a sort of covered veranda space which has been turned into a bedroom - You could demolish this rather flimsy structure and get a much larger terrace of around 25 square meters or you could turn it into a proper dining room or bedroom. The terrace at the moment is still a very large 15 square meters. You have a large living room opening onto the terrace & the balcony, a bedroom, separate wc and a bathroom that could do with some refreshing and a storage cave in the basement.
