Rue Benoit Bunico is a charming and stylish apartment situated on the fourth floor of a 17th century Nicois building in the heart of the Old Town. The Apartment
This apartment has three main rooms plus a separate kitchen and bathroom, all painted in traditional Provencal colours by a local craftsman. The master bedroom is huge, with a double bed, antique armoire and painted chest of drawers together with easy chairs. The large and airy sitting room has three windows and features an Italian chandelier, dining table and chairs, china cabinet and comfortable seating, and a useful storage room leads off it. There is also a fireplace and TV with DVD. Facilities Rue Benoit Bunico is very well equipped with quality bed linen, towels, TV with DVD, CD/Hifi system (with a wide selection of CDs), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, all necessary kitchen gadgets, books and sunbeds for use on the beach. 

Location, location, location
The apartment is less than a minute's walk from the Cours Saleya, and two minutes walk to the beach. There is a choice of great patisseries where you can buy a freshly baked croissant or pain au chocolat each morning and the flower market which also sells an unrivalled selection of fruit and vegetables is available 6 days a week all year round. In the heart of the Old Town, it also offers an amazing selection of restaurants within a short walk, from local bistros to haute cuisine. The bus station is less than 5 minutes walk away, and services to the airport and to all the local towns and villages are regular, comfortable and inexpensive.

"We viewed lots of apartments before we found this one, and knew immediately that we had to have it. It is full of character and the six windows and fourth floor location mean that we can enjoy the pleasant afternoon sunshine, even in the winter. It would be perfect for a romantic break, or for a group of 3-4 as the bedrooms are situated at either end of the apartment, allowing extra privacy. It is also a fantastic all year round location as there is always plenty to do. Our perfect day in November or January might be a morning wander around the quirky interior shops and art galleries or a visit to the Matisse museum in Cimiez, followed by a leisurely lunch on a shaded terrace in St Paul de Vence or Eze, then a walk on the beach and a candlelit dinner in one of the delightful local restaurants where the food, wine and ambiance are unsurpassed." Please note that the owners operate a no smoking/ no children under 12 policy, and as the apartment is situated in the fourth floor without a lift, it is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
