- The FT says Nice is an investor hotspot
The Financial Times says that Nice has become one of the hottest spots to invest in on the Mediterranean, after a four year beautification programme that has transformed this vibrant, exciting city.
Very close to Nice's most prestigious street, the Victor Hugo. This apartment is in the grand bourgeois style you would expect in this area of Nice and in fact the building used to be a former palace. The Musiciens district is know for its beautiful architecture, quiet streets and quality shopping but is still only a five to eight minute stroll from the beach. The apartment itself is a very large 147 square metres and comes with many of its original features including the plaster mouldings, cornices and parquet flooring. There are three bedrooms, a cellar, a fitted kitchen and an additional space that used to be the servants quarters that could easily become a fourth bedroom. The apartment wraps around three sides of the building and is south, north and east facing. The decoration inside the apartment is a bit Margo and Jerry Leadbetter from "The Good Life" and could do with a modernisation, but this is reflected in the price as apartments of this size in Musicien routinely sell for 600,000 Euros and above.
