The Corne d'Or area of Villefranche follows the Moyenne Corniche which links Nice and Monaco. Scattered with olive groves and villas with million dollar panoramic views across the bays of Villefranche and Cap Ferrat this area feels hundreds of miles away from the city of Nice. In reality the local amenities of the Col de Villefranche are only minutes away and the links to Nice and Monaco are simple and effective.

At night the views are just as staggering as the villages 300 metres below light up and the moon reflects off the still calm Mediterranean. From this height it is also possible to view Corsica, backlit at dawn by the rising sun. In fact, it is often a reason to awake early.

The properties here are generally south facing with large terraces to take advantage of the huge seascapes and Azur skies. Often they are organised in domains with guardian services, parking, gardens and pools. The owner occupier rate is high here but more and more holiday home buyers are taking advantage of the seasonal rental market and investing in this sought after area.
