Cannes-based freelance salesperson required
totallyNice Ltd, Nice's largest
British-run property agency, is looking for a freelance property
salesperson in Cannes. The applicant will start in February 2006 with
the launch of the totallyCannes office.
We have the website, properties and customers ready for the operation,
and require a salesperson to receive enquiries and show clients
properties for sale in Cannes. The applicant must be dynamic and
flexible, yet cheery and great with people. The role is fun, often fast
and involves quick thinking.
totallyNice Ltd initially needs the salesperson to work a day or two
per week, with the role expanding to a few days per week as the office

Freelance international PR position
totallyNice Ltd,
Nice's largest British-run property agency, needs a UK-based PR for one
or two days per week. Run by two former journalists, totallyNice
requires exposure in the UK national, local and property press from
FT's How To Spend It magazine to the Bristol Chronicle.
The company sells villas and apartments throughout Nice from
EUR100,000 to EUR5,000,000. We are undergoing a rebrand and website
redesign at present, and launching totallyVillefranche in the coming
month. As former print and television journalists, we have a keen
understanding of the PR we need and how to get it. We also have
extensive lists of journalists to approach, press release ideas and
scores of contented former clients to back us up.
We initially need a day or two per week from an inspired, hardworking
PR professional. Property PR experience is far from a prerequisite, but
the ability to work independently and professionally is needless to say
